My sister works part time and has made a commitment to spend Tuesdays at the office. This means I get to spend Tuesdays with my 2 year old nephew. Mornings are busy with getting ready for and attending pre-school but afternoons are busy with toddler yoga. Last week he decided that we needed to do yoga outside. He was absolutely correct. The weather was perfect for outdoor yoga. Right now the only pose he really knows by name is ‘down dog’ and one we’ve sort of created and call ‘double down dog’ where I do adhumuka svanasana and he does the same pose under mine. Beyond that he’s been enjoying ‘toes up’, basically legs up the wall with no wall, and rolling around in the mat like a burrito.
